Clinic of Five Element Acupuncture

Jackie Fairweather is a fully qualified and licensed acupuncturist. She currently runs her own practice in West Kirby where she has developed a large patient base. She has successfully treated many conditions, ranging from women's health issues, pregnancy related conditions and fertility treatment to back pain, headaches, stress, depression and general well-being.

Jackie has an amazing energy which has captured her clients’ hearts as well as helped their progress to recovery. Many of her clients recommend her as a professional and caring practitioner to their own friends and colleagues:

'Jackie’s continued support, both during and away from our sessions has increased my confidence and ability to become more positive'.

'I was at an extremely emotional stage in my life where my confidence and self- esteem was at an all time low, with Jackie’s kindness and support, my confidence has increased where I have renewed my social life and am having some fun!'

'Jackie was one of the most important stages to my recovery from a long-term illness. She is now a great friend!'

Jackie also continues to find time for her own treatment. She was first introduced to acupuncture after sustaining shoulder injuries in a car accident. The injuries became chronic and she was unable to continue in her career as a successful personal fitness trainer. She was in pain for most of her waking hours, which was both mentally and physically frustrating, as Jackie had regularly exercised since childhood. This is when she found Five Element Acupuncture to sought help to relieve the pain and regain movement from her injuries.

As a result of acupuncture she regained movement and freedom from pain and, also many emotional issues were addressed.

With the success of this treatment and her ongoing interest in fitness and health, Jackie trained as an acupuncturist and achieved her full qualification in May 2002. Her aim was to share the level of wellbeing that acupuncture can achieve, and to help people benefit from a healthier outlook on life.

To ensure that she remains current, Jackie continues to augment her skills, and has completed the Zita West courses in acupuncture to aid fertility and health during pregnancy. In February 2009, she completed a Certificate in Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture. In addition, she regularly attends workshops and conferences in acupuncture and allied skills.

"Dear Jackie,

Just to say a big thank you.!! I am feeling epic after 3 months of acupuncture treatment with you.I came in with sciatica problems which I have suffered with on and off for years and after an initial consultation you took me on a journey of healing and rejuvenation which was not focused on just my back, but the whole of me inside and out, physically and mentally. I always felt as if I was starting to get old before my time and was fighting that resignation, as I have a young daughter and you where my last shot at turning things around.

I have to say, 'this has been the best decision I have made about my health for 20 years.' I don't know how you have done it, but I no longer have a back problem and I have given up smoking after 35 years of two packs per day. My life seems lighter and brighter in every way and my daughter, friends and family can all see a very positive transformation in my appearance and state of mind.

I have never been a huge fan of western medication or treatment methods and you have proved to me that I was correct at least in the most part to seek something far older and traditional from which the side effects only seem to be positive and lasting.!! I came to see you with a bad back and left, a brand new man on so many levels. I am forever in your debt…"
